A. NCCF

The National Cooperative Consumers' Federation of India Ltd. (NCCF), is a national-level consumer cooperative society having the entire country as its area of operation with headquarters at New Delhi. It was registered in October 1965 and functions under the Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002. As on 31st March 2025, NCCF has 151 members, which includes the Government of India and three national-level cooperative organizations, namely the National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI), National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC), and National Agriculture Cooperative Marketing Federation of India (NAFED).

Share Capital & Branch Network
The total paid up share capital of NCCF as on 31.03.2025 was Rs. 15.02 crores, out of which Government of India contributed Rs. 9.49 crores (i.e., 63.18%). Head office of NCCF is at New Delhi with 29 branches located in various parts of the country. It has an Industrial unit located at Bhiwani (Haryana) and an industrial plot at Mohali.

Financial Performance
During the financial year 2024-25, the total sales turnover of NCCF was ₹827086 crores as against previous year (2023-24) turnover of ₹5968.96 crores. The increase in the turnover during the year 2024-25 is 38.56% in comparison to previous year. The bulk of the sales relate to supply of grocery (including PSF, PSS, MSP & Bharat Brand) and Import/Export. NCCF has increased its grocery business and entered into supply of PSF, PSS, MSP and Bharat Brand items.

Financial Performance

During the financial year 2024-25, the total sales turnover of NCCF was ₹827086 crores as against previous year (2023-24) turnover of ₹5968.96 crores. The increase in the turnover during the year 2024-25 is 38.56% in comparison to previous year. 7. Services Offering a variety of services related to cooperative business, trade, and other activities.
8. Other Business Activities NCCF may engage in additional activities as determined by its Business Committee or Board of Directors.

-Procurement and supply of agri-inputs. -Import and export of consumer goods. -Trading of non-agricultural products like coal, fertilizers, and pesticides. -Supply of stationery and office use articles to government departments. -Distribution of wheat, atta, pulses, etc., under various government schemes. -Import of pulses for distribution at subsidized rates through State Governments/UTs and PDS. -Infrastructure development, including the construction of hospitals and housing projects. -Procurement of agricultural commodities, such as pulses, oilseeds, and paddy. -Supply of daily-use items like tea, salt, toilet soaps, sugar, foodgrains, and sanitary items through the Public Distribution System (PDS) in states like West Bengal, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh. -Supply of imported coal to power generation units and other utilities. -NCCF has been designated as the Canalizing Agency by the Government of India for the export of onions.
